Bougainvillea

Bougainvillea is an iconic Pakistani outdoor plant. It thrives in scorching summer heat, requires minimal water once established, and produces blankets of pink, purple, red, or orange paper-like blooms. Perfect for walls, gates, and arches.

Growing & Care Instructions:

• Positioning: Place the plant in a pot with drainage holes. Ensure it receives its required sunlight (indoor plants should not get direct hot sun, outdoor plants need direct sun to bloom).
• Watering: Always check soil dryness before watering. Water the plant deeply until water flows out of the drainage holes, then discard standing water from the saucer.
• Fertilization: Feed with organic compost or slow-release fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Avoid feeding in extreme winter.
• Pruning: Remove dry or yellow leaves regularly using clean pruning shears to encourage fresh growth and prevent pests.
